Cancelling

Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and do not renew by themselves; we send a reminder with a payment link before the period ends. You can simply not renew. Your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You can also close your workspace from its settings.

Refunds

• First purchase: if you are not happy, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, provided the workspace has not been used for large-scale tracking or abuse.
• Renewals and later months: payments for a period that has started are not refundable, and we do not give part refunds for unused time.
• Our mistake: if you were charged twice or the wrong amount, or the Service was unavailable for a long period through our fault, we will refund or credit the difference.
• Upgrades: if you move to a higher plan during a period, we credit the unused part of the old plan against the new one.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your workspace address and the payment reference. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for payments made that way) and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Taxes

When we refund a payment we also reverse the tax charged on it and issue a credit note.
