This policy applies to every workspace and to everyone you give access to. Breaking it can lead to a warning, suspension or closing of the workspace.
You must not
- Promote or track offers that are illegal in India or in the target country, including unlawful gambling, counterfeit goods, financial scams, adult content involving minors, or anything that infringes someone's rights.
- Create fake clicks, fake leads or fake conversions, use bots, incentivised traffic where the offer forbids it, cookie stuffing, click injection or any trick to earn commission you did not earn.
- Send spam or misleading messages, or use the platform to collect personal data without proper notice and consent.
- Try to access other workspaces, test the system's security without our written permission, overload it, or interfere with it.
- Resell access to Zappila, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload malware or content that is harmful, defamatory or hateful.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure your advertisers, affiliates and staff follow the law and this policy. You are responsible for their actions in your workspace.
- Run your offers honestly: show correct payouts, terms and restrictions to your affiliates.
- Respect opt-outs and suppression lists, and local rules on advertising, consumer protection and data protection.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may pause tracking or suspend the workspace straight away if there is a risk to others or to the platform. Where possible we tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
